The Shiraz is,
A full bodied red wine with colour that will stain your glass when you swirl.
This Crossing Paths Shiraz is made from Blewitt Springs in the McLaren Vale wine region.
Big and heavy like you would expect from a McLaren Vale Shiraz but with the ancient Sandy soils and slightly higher elevation in Blewitt Springs gives the wine a highly sought after elegance.
Boasting dark fruits like blackberry, dark plum with a hint of blueberry spice moving through into vanilla and chocolate cream.

Good match this with red meats like lamb, beef, venison or duck. Also pairs well with tomato base sauces like spaghetti bolognaise and pizza.

This wine pairs well with dark or milk chocolate on the side.

The Grenache is,
A lighter more fruit driven style red wine with silky tannins. This Crossing Paths Grenache is vibrant raspberry, cherry and red plum fruits with vanilla/cinnamon cream to finish off.
